Next Autumn, Porto will host the “Alliance Graphique Internationale” meeting, one of the most important initiatives about communication design that gathers, annually, the most prestigious professionals of this area.
Profiting from the presence of the association members in town, will be organized the AGI Open 2010 - an event that aims to contribute to the reflection and debate of the creative processes in design, through conferences, workshops and exhibitions.
From the schedule of initiatives, we outline the AGI Opens 2010 conferences that will take place on the 11th of October, at Casa da Música.
Addressed in particular to design students and professionals, but also to public in general, this will be a unique opportunity to meet the designers that have set the pace for the international visual culture for the last decades. Departing from a broader concept of communication design, they will be invited to share with the public their creative processes in areas as diverse as graphic design, new technologies, art direction, photography, illustration or animation.
